
ACTING CLASSES – RULES & REGULATIONS
To maintain a safe, respectful, and enriching environment, all participants are required to follow the rules below:
Payment can be made in full or in monthly installments. Monthly fees must be paid before the start of each month. Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, or bank transfer (details shared on enquiry). Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory, and will be considered on a monthly basis for the participant to continue and successfully complete the course.
Missed classes will not be rescheduled or compensated, unless cancelled by Meraki Performing Arts Organisation.
Participants must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behaviour towards instructors and peers.
Use of slang language, discriminatory behaviour, or religious/offensive remarks will lead to immediate dismissal without refund.
Admission may be cancelled in such cases.
Each participant must complete assigned classwork, tasks, or creative exercises with full responsibility.
This is essential to continue their participation in the classes.
Participation in theatrical events, public performances, theatre festivals, screenings, guest sessions, seminars, and related programs organised by Meraki Performing Arts is compulsory.
These are part of the course structure and learning experience and are meant to enhance practical exposure for each student.
Wear comfortable clothes (lowers and T-shirts recommended). Jeans or restrictive clothing is not allowed. Participants must bring their own lunch box and water bottle.
The organisation is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during class hours.
Classes are not automatically closed on government holidays. A mutual decision will be taken at the time, and participants will be informed accordingly.
Do not carry expensive or precious items. The organisation will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Use of mobile phones or electronic gadgets during class is strictly prohibited. Devices may be used only with prior permission for class-related purposes.
Sharing of any class-related content (photos, videos, scripts, notes, etc.) on social media or public platforms is strictly prohibited without prior written permission and consent from the organisation.
The learning space must be kept clean. Smoking, littering, or use of excessive/single-use plastic is not allowed.
We promote an eco-friendly and inclusive environment.
By enrolling, participants grant permission for photographs and videos taken during sessions to be used by Meraki Performing Arts for documentation or promotional use.
All rights are reserved by Meraki Performing Arts Organisation. The management reserves the right to make necessary changes to the schedule, structure, or policies at any time.
